Pickleball nights that
run themselves.

ShowCourt plans the rounds to fit your court time, sets the matchups, collects the scores, and ends the night on schedule — no one has to stand there running it.

Sound familiar?

Every organizer has run this night. Here's how it usually goes.

Everyone comes to me to enter their scores. I'm a human scoreboard all night.

Players enter their own scores — at the kiosk or on their phone. The screen confirms it, the standings update, you never touch it.

League night ran over again, and the 9 o'clock rentals were standing there waiting.

The schedule protects your booking. Rounds are sized to end inside the window, so the next group walks onto clear courts — on time, every week.

It's 8:45 and I'm doing whiteboard math — do we have time for one more round?

The engine already did the math — before the night started. Rounds are sized to your window, and the schedule absorbs a long game without blowing the booking.

I organize the whole thing and never get to actually play.

Put yourself in the rotation. The app handles the night while you're on court — plenty of organizers play every single round.

However long you've got the courts, the night will fit.

You booked the courts from 7 to 9. Usually you're left to figure out what fits — round lengths, rest gaps, whiteboard math. ShowCourt starts from your hours: set your time and format, and it builds a schedule that ends inside the booking.

  • Rounds sized to fit the block — warm-up, play, and rest all accounted for
  • A round runs long, someone shows up late, the count goes odd — the schedule absorbs it
  • The last round always lands inside the booking — the next group walks onto clear courts

Everyone gets a meeting spot after their game.

A tablet on a stand or a TV on the wall. Players come off court, tap in their score, see the leaderboard move, and find their next court — all at the same screen. Plenty of players never check their phones mid-game — but nobody misses the big screen.

  • Score entry at the screen — or on any phone, both stay in sync
  • Live leaderboard and round timer the whole room can read
  • No app to download — everything runs in a browser
8:06 PM · Round 5

Run your ladder however you want.

Most apps make you run their format their way. ShowCourt gives you the movement rules. Decide what each court does at the end of a round — winners up, losers down, everyone stays, or out to the waiting queue. King of the court, up-down ladders, queue rotations, or something your club invented. If you can draw it on a whiteboard, you can run it here.

  • Per-court movement rules: up, down, stay, or to the queue
  • Waiting queue built in — odd numbers and late arrivals just work
  • Locked partner pairs or rotating partners — mix both in one night
Movement rules editor — winners up, losers down, a knockout court feeding the waiting queue
8:31 PM · Round 6

Everyone can follow along from their phone.

Not standing at the big screen? Everything is on your phone too — your starting assignment days before the night, live scores as they come in, and your rating the moment it changes. It all runs in the browser, so there's nothing to download.

  • Starting assignments sent days before the night
  • Next-round preview the moment both courts submit
  • Live scores, leaderboard, and rating change as it happens

A good night deserves a good recap.

The next morning, every player wakes up to their results and their rivalries — the whole story of the night. It's a big part of why people come back every week.
